Question: Bill Cosby was sentenced 3 to 10 years. What is your take on this, do you think it is enough sentence?

Answer: Bill Cosby will most likely serve 3 years and probation.

Question: According to the law, the jurors can only consider the sentence per this one case. They could not base it on knowing there were others.

Answer: The judge may have been concerned about his own public perception. In my opinion he should have sentenced Bill Cosby to the full 10 years.

Question: A former Facebook employee suing the social media giant saying that they didn’t create a safe work place because of the unbelievable volume of images and stuff she had to go through every day. What do you see regarding this lawsuit?

Answer: She accepted the job, knew what her responsibilities were and if she was uncomfortable, then she should have brought it up to her manager. She might have a workers’ comp. claim if she was affected on the job. However, suing Facebook outside of a workers’ comp. claim, might not be successful.

Question: Republicans are choosing a female prosecutor to question Dr. Christine Blasey Ford on Thursday at the Senate hearing. What are your thoughts on this?

Answer: All of this is just for show. It’s a he said she said scenario.
