Florida's attorney general wants the medical license of a now-former labor and delivery nurse revoked over comments she made about White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
AG James Uthemeier over the weekend posted to "X" that Alexis Lawler, who has been fired from Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, does not belong anywhere near patients.
During an appearance in Ponte Vedra today, he was asked to expand on that.
In the viral TikTok video, Lawler says that she wishes the pregnant Leavitt would suffer a very severe obstetric tear.
Supporters of the woman have set up a GoFundMe page, which describes her firing as retaliation for political speech.
