The longest field goal in history was made by Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little.
He hit a 70-yard kick during a preseason home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend.
This kick would have set an NFL record if it had been made in a regular-season game.
However, since the mega boot was made in a preseason context, it does not officially count, per the NFL.
And despite the three points from Little, the Jaguars fell to the Steelers 31-25 who did not play their new QB Aaron Rodgers.
