It's back to federal court for Friends of the Everglades trying to get a permanent injunction against further construction at alligator alcatraz. Attorney Eve Samples says they're going in with confidence after a two-week temporary restraining order was issued last week. She says construction at the migrant detention center violates the "look before you leap" law requiring environmental review, public input and alternatives to be analyzed before anything is built. The defense argues the facility is not federal and therefore exempt.
