A nurse at a psychiatric clinic is charged with attacking a patient.

44-year-old Alexander Levin was working at South County Mental Health Center in Delray Beach when he's accused of pushing 66-year-old Thomas Hennick to the ground twice after the patient admitted to calling him "lazy," followed by a derogatory name.

Police say during one of the falls, Hennick fractured his arm.

Police reviewed surveillance video and then arrested Levin for aggravated battery.

No word on whether the man is still employed at the clinic.
