Man Intentionally Drives Into Tampa USAA Building In Crash

Tampa, FL - A 70-year-old man was arrested after police said he intentionally crashed his car into the USAA building in Tampa on Tuesday.

The incident occurred on Tuesday when the man, identified as Robert Beaty, drove his vehicle into the USAA building located in Tampa. 

Authorities have not disclosed Beaty's motive behind the deliberate act. 

The crash caused significant damage to the building's facade, but no injuries were reported among employees or bystanders.

Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, securing the area and assessing the structural integrity of the building. 

Beaty was taken into custody without incident and is currently facing charges related to the intentional crash.

USAA, a financial services company serving military members and their families, has not yet released an official statement regarding the incident. 

The building remains closed as officials conduct a thorough investigation and necessary repairs.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the Tampa Police Department.
