Palm Beach County, FL - Fox News host Sean Hannity has expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a $23.5 million waterfront estate in Manalapan, Florida, an affluent town in Palm Beach County.
The acquisition follows Hannity's recent departure from New York and signifies his continued investment in Florida properties.
The estate, built in 1990, spans nearly 12,000 square feet and is situated on approximately 2 acres of land.
It boasts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, offering expansive frontage on both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
Notable features include a swimming pool, a dock with a new seawall, and a rooftop observation terrace.
Interior amenities comprise a wine room, a fireplace, a bar, and an elevator.
The property was initially listed in February of 2024 for $29 million and was relisted in October for $25.95 million before Hannity's purchase.
The previous owner, associated with Alden Global Capital, acquired the estate for $18 million in 2021 and undertook significant renovations, including updates to bathrooms, flooring, and the installation of impact-resistant sliding windows.
This purchase adds to Hannity's Florida holdings. In 2021, he bought a 3,813-square-foot oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach for $5.3 million, located less than three miles from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
Earlier this year, Hannity sold his Long Island estate for $12.7 million, further solidifying his relocation to Florida.
Manalapan has seen increased interest from high-profile buyers, including Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, who purchased a $173 million estate in the area.
Representatives for Hannity and the listing agents have declined to comment on the transaction.
