New Smyrna, FL - Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert, a native of New Smyrna Beach, will be distributing relief supplies to residents affected by Hurricane Milton on Tuesday.
Mostert, a graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School, will deliver non-perishable goods and gift cards starting at 2 PM on Tuesday at the Alonzo “Babe” James Community Center.
This will be the third community relief event organized by Mostert in his hometown following the hurricane.
Central Florida continues to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Milton, with thousands still without power and facing rising floodwaters.
After a standout college career at Purdue, Mostert entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2015.
Mostert's breakthrough season came with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019, where he showcased his explosive running style and became a key contributor to the team's Super Bowl appearance.
Mostert was signed by Miami as an unrestricted free agent from San Francisco on March 17th, 2022.
