Several people in Britney Spears' life are "scared for her" and think another conservatorship is necessary.
They added that Spears' mental health has been suffering since her conservatorship ended and she is not taking her meds.
Multiple sources tell TMZ that Spears, 42, is suffering from radical mood swings and violent outbursts.
According to TMZ, "Britney is in increasing danger of hurting herself or others."
In addition to skipping her medication, Spears is also allegedly self-medicating with alcohol and illegal drugs.
