Longwood, FL - An incident stemming from a clogged toilet at a Florida restaurant took a violent turn on Saturday evening, culminating in a large altercation that drew the attention of law enforcement.

According to police, authorities were dispatched to the Papa Bees restaurant in Longwood around 9:50 p.m. in response to reports of a fight.

An investigation unveiled that a staff member at the establishment had been subjected to an attack by a group of patrons shortly prior to the officers' arrival.

The worker shared that one of the restaurant's toilets had been deliberately clogged with an excessive amount of toilet paper.

Notably, the only customers present in the restaurant at that time were a group of five women.

One of the women had used the restroom earlier, and it was after her visit that the staff discovered the toilet's obstruction.

The worker informed the customers that they needed to leave, explaining the closure of the restaurant and their responsibility for the obstructed toilet.

In response, the customers directed their anger at the worker, engaging in verbal confrontations.

The situation escalated when one of the customers stood up and physically assaulted the worker by punching her in the face.

The remaining four women joined in the assault, contributing to a chaotic scene of punching, kicking, hair pulling, and item throwing.

As a result of the altercation, the worker sustained lacerations and bruises.

Following the incident, the five women fled the scene through the restaurant's front door, only to be captured by law enforcement personnel at the rear of the building.

The women taken into custody were identified as Keiyanda Charles (24), Kenisha Charles (18), Tyesha Charles (19), Jasmine Cline (26), and Jahleigha Smith (20).

All five suspects are facing charges of disorderly conduct, battery, and criminal mischief.
