West Palm Beach Man Pleads Guilty To Stealing $1 Million In PPP Funds

A West Palm Beach man has pleaded guilty to two counts of bank fraud while applying for Paycheck Protection Program loans.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 43 year old Al Clint LaRoche submitted false and fraudulent PPP loan applications for his company, Bornwild.

LaRoche was awarded more than $1 million and used the money to buy an expensive SUV, jewelry and travel expenses.

He faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in federal prison for each count.
