More pushback on Gov. DeSantis' recent actions to send a couple of planes full of Venezuelan and Colombian migrants to Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
California Gov. Gavin Newsome is now calling on the Justice Department to look into possible kidnapping charges.
Charlie Crist, meanwhile, is now filing a Sunshine Law request---looking for e-mails and texts related to the relocation effort, which he has labeled "despicable."
"There are appropriate ways to respond to things you disagree with," Crist said. "and inappropriate ways. This is an inappropriate way to do it." Crist says DeSantis was just trying to score political points...calling it cruel and probably illegal.
DeSantis has defended the relocation flight, saying Florida is not a sanctuary state.
