Early voting gets underway today in Miami-Dade for the August 23rd primary. Elections spokesman Robert Rodriguez says from today until August 21st, voters can cast ballots at any location they choose. On Election Day, voters have to vote in their assigned precinct which may be different this year because of redistricting. The county has mailed out new voter information cards to confirm which district voters are assigned to with the redrawn lines. Early voting doesn't begin in Broward until Saturday.
