New Molestation Charges Filed Against Teacher Accused In Child Sex Case

A former elementary school teacher accused of soliciting sex with a 2-year old girl now faces new disturbing charges.

Court documents show that 27-year old Xavier Alexander is accused of molesting young boys while he babysat for them.

Alexander was fired from his job as a science teacher at Grove Park Elementary in Palm Beach Gardens after investigators say he showed up at a motel to have sex with the toddler.

Police put out the call for more potential victims and heard from three so far. One said there was unwanted sexual activity on multiple occasions, starting when he was 12 years old.

In addition to working as a teacher in the Palm Beach County School District, Alexander had been soliciting his services on babysitter websites, which have since taken down his profile.

Alexander remains behind bars on $1,000,000 bond after appearing in court on Thursday, but his attorney could not attend.

Detectives urge anyone who was victimized by Alexander to call the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers at 800-458-TIPS.
