Holiday, Fl.(Florida News Network) Pasco County Sheriff Detective's are still trying to identify this creeper who on November ninth, walked into the victim’s backyard, located in Holiday Lake Estates, looked into and stood in front of the victim’s window. He then exposed his genitals and began to masturbate. The victim yelled at the suspect through the window, and he ran off in between houses. The suspect has multiple tattoos.
