The Sunshine State isn't faring great when it comes to a new health report card. Florida ranks in 44th place on a new Commonwealth Fund health report analyzing 47 measures including access and affordability. Spokesman David Radley says you can blame our sky-high insurance rates, leaving 1 in 5 working adults without insurance.
