A piece of music history is up for sale. The console that The Beatles used to record their last album, "Abbey Road," will be available for sale at the end of this month. Dave Harries, who participated in several recording sessions with the legendary band, said this particular recording console is unique because it sounds so good that it holds up against any modern console. The "Abbey Road" recording console goes on sale on October 29th. Its price has yet to be announced.

A candy company is celebrating National Caramel Month with a fashion choice. Werther's Original is holding a sweepstakes to give away Werther's Original Pocket Denim, a pair of jeans with 30 pockets along the outer seam of each leg, presumably to carry 30 Werther's Original Caramels. The caramel company is giving away 200 pairs of the jeans with the line of tiny pockets. The sweepstakes are on the Werther's website, and close on Friday.

A woman in Australia is safe after spending seven hours wedged upside down between two boulders trying to retrieve her cell phone. Friends of 23-year-old Matilda Campbell tried to free her from the ten-foot crevice in a remote area of New South Wales, but they eventually had to call for help. The Australian Broadcasting Corporation says Matilda stayed calm throughout the ordeal.

A former Beatle is working on a country album. It's Ringo Starr, which should not be a surprise since, back in 1965, he was featured on the flipside of "Yesterday" with a Buck Owens hit. Ringo is now teaming up with producer T Bone Burnett on an eleven-track country album. It's called 'Look Up,' and and the first song, "Time on My Hands," is out now. The full album drops January 10th.

A new television show based on Stephen King's "Carrie" is in the works. The popular novel was adapted into a 1976 motion picture with Sissy Spacek. Now, an eight-episode series will be making its way to Amazon, helmed by Mike Flannigan, the man behind horror shows like "The Fall of the House of Usher," "The Midnight Club," and "Midnight Mass."

Take me out to the ballgame, if you're independently wealthy. Tickets to the first Los Angeles Dodgers-New York Yankees World Series in more than four decades won't be cheap. Ticket website SeatGeek says the cheapest ticket for Friday's Game 1 at Dodger Stadium will set you back at least 12-hundred dollars. And don't expect prices to be any cheaper for Saturday's Game 2. The series shifts to New York for Game 3 on Monday and tickets - if you can get them - will cost you even more.
