What is America's best roadside attraction? According to editors at USA Today and their readers, that annual honor goes to Lucy the Elephant, a fixture at the Jersey Shore for more than 140 years. The 65-foot architectural wonder draws tens of thousands of visitors every year to Margate City. You can see them posing under Lucy's tusks. Lucy beat out some tough competition for best roadside attraction, including Shealy's Official Skunk Ape Headquarters in Ochopee near the Florida Everglades, The World's Largest Ball of Twine in Cawker City, Kansas; and the Paul A. Johnson Pencil Sharpener Museum in Logan, Ohio.

A legendary band is heading for a breakup. I'm talking about Chuck E. Cheese's infamous animatronic musicians, known as Munch's Make Believe Band. The band will be gone at all but two of Chuck E. Cheese's more than 400 locations by the end of the year. The remaining locations: Los Angeles and Nanuet, New York. The rest will move to featuring more screens, digital dance floors and trampoline gyms.
