Move over Britney Spears, another music icon is out with her memoir. It's called "My Name is Barbra." Barbra Streisand said for 40 years publishers asked her to write an autobiography, but she kept turning them down, and now "I'm going to tell the truth, and nobody is going to believe it." Streisand writes how her mother was unsupportive of her career and never hugged her. She also writes about criticism about her nose, that people told her to "get a nose job" and that she was even compared to a "Basset hound." Streisand adds "even after all these years, I'm still hurt by the insults and can't quite believe the praise."

For many years on The Simpsons, a running gag was Homer Simpson choking his son Bart. But no more. The producers of the animated, longest-running TV show are confirming its policy shift. The last time Homer choked Bart on an episode of The Simpsons was three years ago but now Homer will take a stand against child abuse. In episode three of season 35, Homer tells a new neighbor that he won't be choking his son anymore. The word is out on social media and fans are split about the decision. Some are cheering the move and others see it as a mandate from Disney, which owns "The Simpsons."

Waiting in line for a popular ride at a Disney theme park can take upwards of 90 minutes. For some guests, that's so long that people are reportedly going to the bathroom without leaving the line. That's according to several references on social media and backed up by a recent book written by former Disney theme park custodians. According to the book, "Cleaning the Kingdom: Insider Tales of Keeping Walt's Dream Spotless," it's not just parents letting their kids go right there on the cement, it's adults. And, they say it happens so often that Disney Resorts has implemented a protocol that allows a guest to flag down a cast member who will wait in line for them until they return from a restroom.
