The 2009 movie "The Blind Side" was the story of a homeless black teen taken in by a woman played by Sandra Bullock and her family who help him fulfill his potential as a student and football player. But it turns out there's more to the story. The former NFL player who was the subject of "The Blind Side" is alleging the family who took him in as a teenager never adopted him. Michael Oher filed a petition in Tennessee yesterday, claiming Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy instead tricked him into signing a document that made them his conservators. He goes on to allege the Tuohys used that power to broker the deal for "The Blind Side" that paid them and their two birth children millions of dollars while he didn't receive anything. The legal filing says Oher discovered the alleged lie in February of this year. Oher is asking the court to end the conservatorship and ban the family from using his name and likeness.

Lionel Richie's show was back on in New York last night after a weekend cancellation that angered fans. The singer kept 20-thousands fans waiting for an hour at Madison Square Garden after his "Sing A Song All Night Long" show with Earth, Wind & Fire was to begin Saturday night before being informed of the cancellation. A loudspeaker announcement said the show was canceled "due to inclement weather" and Richie posted on social media that the weather kept his plane from landing in New York. But many concert-goers couldn't understand why Richie didn't simply drive in from Boston where he played the night before. Those who'd spent big bucks on hotel rooms and travel were especially enraged and there was no explanation why concert-goers had been informed so late.

Guests staying at hotels on the Las Vegas Strip might want to double check their beds before laying in them. In the past year and a half, health inspectors have found bedbugs in seven resorts on The Strip. Named on the not-so-desirable list are Circus Circus, Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood, Palazzo, Tropicana, MGM Grand, and Sahara. It's believed people unknowingly brought the bedbugs in through infested luggage, clothing, blankets and pillows.
