A 55 year old man is dead after attempting Hurricane Irma cleanup.
Wilfredo Hernandez was using a chainsaw to cut branches from a tree in his yard, when one got entangled in the power tool causing it to cut his carotid artery.
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue was called to the scene to get him down from the tree.
Hernandez was pronounced dead by authorities at the scene.
