A pregnant woman in Little Haiti in Miami had a big birth setback due to Hurricane Irma. After going into labor, paramedics couldn't make it to her house.
A dispatcher talked her through delivering the child and placenta over the phone. Eventually, they were both taken to the hospital by emergency workers.
