Orlando City SC advises all nearby residents that Orlando City Stadium is not an approved shelter for storms, including Hurricane Irma.
Orange County Government has multiple facilities within the community that have been designated and pre-approved as official shelters. These are identified well in advance of a pending storm and are designed to open just prior to and throughout the duration of the event to ensure the safety and well-being of those seeking shelter.
