Simon Conway – Show Host
At the helm is Simon Conway, a nationally recognized talk radio personality known for his sharp insight, wit, and fearless approach to the issues shaping our world. Born in London, England, Simon says he has “been American in his attitudes for as long as I can remember.” His outlook was shaped by his experiences in the UK, where he saw firsthand the downsides of European‑style socialism. “I believe our Constitution is a sacred document but is given less importance every year,” Simon explains. “I have a unique insight into health care and all the other trappings of a socialist society because I’ve already lived through where we are headed.”
Simon currently broadcasts live from WHO‑AM in Des Moines, Iowa, where he hosts a daily afternoon show, but he also leads Good Morning Orlando on NewsRadio WFLA Orlando. Carrying forward the legacy of legendary broadcaster Bud Hedinger, who retired in 2023, Simon brings his trademark energy and perspective to Central Florida listeners. He visits the WFLA Orlando studios multiple times each year, strengthening his connection with the community and keeping the show’s local heartbeat strong.

Steadman - Assistant Producer
Justin Steadman, often called Stedman, is the Assistant Producer who keeps the technical and logistical gears turning on Good Morning Orlando. From coordinating interviews to managing on‑air timing, Justin ensures the fast‑paced rhythm of the show never skips a beat. His steady hand behind the scenes helps the team deliver seamless coverage, whether it’s breaking news or lighthearted commentary.

Brooke Steele – Backup Producer & Digital Specialist
