Australian authorities have taken down what they say was a syndicate of self-proclaimed psychics who allegedly worked together to swindle money and property from several unfortunate former clients. Police in the Sydney suburb of Punchbowl reportedly arrested purported mystic Tina Montana on Wednesday, charging her with a staggering 13 offenses, including fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. Cops contend that she, her sister, and her partner comprised a crew of criminal clairvoyants who convinced their customers to hand over their hard-earned cash and prized possessions by way of promises that they would be 'psychically cleansed.'
