Driver in Deadly Wrong-Way Crash Identified

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood is releasing the name of the driver who caused a wrong-way crash while fleeing from police, killing two people.

In addition to releasing the name of the 47-year-old Orlando man, the sheriff also listed his long list of prior arrests.

In his life, Reginald Lamar Harris faced 50 felony charges and was convicted on 18 of them. He was also charged with 42 misdemeanors and convicted of 20.

Sheriff Chitwood says Harris was incarcerated eight times and was most recently released from prison back in September. His license was permanently revoked in 2000.

Last week, Harris was fleeing police and made a U-turn on I-95, hitting another vehicle head-on. Siblings Danycka and Domynick Mills of Wisconsin were killed. Two others in the car were injured. Mills also died in last week's crash.
