Here is a link to the show Legal Briefs if you didn’t get a chance to hear it.

  • Question: Former Trump campaign chief Paul Manafort is going to be in court for arraignment on new charges. Manafort and a Russian business man are charged with alleged witness tampering. Federal judge will decide if Manafort’s bail should be revoked. How does this witness tampering come about?
  • Answer:  Gathering information and discussing with people is not always tampering but we need more to the story.
  • Question: Former FBI deputy Andrew McCabe filing suit against the FBI and the justice department for refusing to turn over documents dealing with his termination. Isn’t this just tying up the legal system with more bogus lawsuits that aren’t going to go anywhere or do anything?
  • Answer: It’s a freedom of information act suit that he is filing under.
