A Titusville resident was found guilty of second-degree murder in the shooting of three neighbors, according to court records Wednesday.
Records show that two neighbors Roger Picior and Gary Hembree, died in the shooting.
The third neighbor, Bruce Blake, survived, according to incident accounts.
Case accounts note that William Woodward was involved in the shooting episode Labor Day 2012.
Prosecutors say that Woodward opened fire on the neighbors because of alleged abuse.
Prosecutors say the three men were across the street from Woodward's house, and home surveillance camera footage showed him making a stealthy approach to their location.
Since Woodward was convicted of second degree murder, the death penalty is not an option for his sentencing.
Guidelines for that sentencing, however, do hold the possibility of a maximum sentence of life in prison.
