Fourth Shooting in Seminole Heights

Investigators say that a fourth person has been killed in the Seminole Heights area of Tampa, potentially by the same person who may have shot three other people last month.

Authorities say the Tuesday victim, Ronald Felton, was on his way to a local church, where he volunteered as part of a program to feed homeless people.

Investigators say neither he not any of the other shooting victims knew each other.

The only link among the victims appears to be that each of them was shot walking down the street, after riding a local bus alone.

Video footage from near one shooting scene showed a person apparently leaving the scene quickly. That was in a shooting that took place in a time period prior to Tuesday's events.

Police have not arrested any suspects in these shooting incidents, and are asking the public for help.
