Another Florida death sentence has been thrown out because the jury's recommendation was not unanimous.
Dennis Glover was convicted of a brutal murder in Jacksonville 5 years ago.
His victim... Sandra Allen... was stabbed in the throat a dozen times and bled to death.

The Florida Supreme Court says Glover is indeed guilty, but since two of the jurors voted against the death penalty, the court says that sentence is invalid and there will have to be a new punishment phase.
