Man accused of stalking 2 women leaves panties in front of their home

Naples, FL - Police in Southwest Florida have arrested a man on stalking charges after he allegedly left pairs of underwear outside of his victim’s homes.

On July 4th, one of the victims contacted the Collier County Sheriff’s Office to report that 42-year-old Alejandro Hernandez Perez left pairs of panties in her driveway on 15 different occasions since June 12th.

Security cameras corroborated the woman’s story, showing Perez dropping off panties in the victims driveway multiple times over a three week period.

According to deputies, the victim ordered a RING doorbell and floodlight camera for extra security and requested patrol from deputies.

The victim told investigators she wished to press charges due to the stress and fear that made another victim move out of the residence.

Deputies were able to connect photos of the panties to a brand sold at Walmart.

Walmart security footage captured Perez purchasing seven pairs of panties at the Walmart on Tamiami Trail E.

On July 20th, the victim told deputies she thought Perez rode his bike by her home.

Responding officers confirmed the man was Perez.

Perez admitted to deputies that he bought the 22 pairs of panties for his wife, but didn't admit that he placed the panties on the victim's driveway.

He faces two charges of stalking.
