- Question: Former FBI deputy Andrew McCabe filing suit against the FBI and the justice department for refusing to turn over documents dealing with his termination. Isn’t this just tying up the legal system with more bogus lawsuits that aren’t going to go anywhere or do anything?
- Answer: It’s a freedom of information act suit that he is filing under.
