Tampa's police union is out with its endorsements for next month's city council election. And, for the most part, the union is looking at new faces.
Times says the PBA is backing challengers Blake Casper, Gwendolyn Henderson, Alan Clendenin, and former State Senator Janet Cruz, who are all attempting to unseat incumbents.
Union is endorsing two incumbents---Guido Manascalco and Charlie Miranda.
Municipal Election Day is March 7
