Good news: more than 900 coconut rhinoceros beetles will no longer be threatening palm trees on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The beetles were captured on Saturday, during a first of its kind hunting tournament. Participants had an hour to find as many eggs, larvae and adult beetles as possible. Beetle hunters found their targets by sifting through piles of green waste. The captured beetles were frozen on Saturday night and incinerated on Sunday. More events like this are planned for the future.

It's a new era for the classic TV game show, "Wheel of Fortune": a brand new host, but a familar name. Ryan Seacrest is taking over for Pat Sajak who retired after more than 40 years at the end of last season. Sajak's days of spinning the wheel aren't completely over yet, though, as he will return to host Celebrity Wheel of Fortune this fall.
