New shows are being added to the 2025 reunion tour of this British band. But they are invite only. The Oasis shows are taking place in London on September 27th and 28th and the band said tickets will be sold through an "invitation only ticket sale strategy." This comes after overwhelming interest in the Oasis reunion tour led to tickets doubling in price. In a statement, Oasis said their "invite only" is a small step towards making amends for the situation and they're distancing themselves from Ticketmaster's "dynamic ticketing" process.

It turns out Kanye West is taking a big financial loss on the sale of his Malibu mansion. According to TMZ, a California-based "real estate crowdfunding firm" purchased the property earlier this month for 21-million dollars. Sounds like a lot, but West bought the home in 2021 for 57-million-dollars, which makes for a net loss of 36-million dollars. Belwood Investments plans on investing five-million-dollars into the home to try to restore the original design after Ye's attempt at remodeling it.

Got half a million dollars? That will buy you half a house in Southern California. The property in question is a one-bedroom, one-bath home in the city of Monrovia. About four months ago, a tree crushed the house and split it in half. No one was injured, but the family car was destroyed. Now, what's left is for sale, including a few missing walls. The real estate agent calls it an "open-concept floor plan."
