"Deadpool & Wolverine" is once again shredding box office records. The Marvel Studios film took in 97-million dollars at the domestic box office in its second weekend. That's good enough for the eighth biggest second weekend ever. The third film in the Deadpool franchise is expected to cross the one-billion-dollar mark in a matter of days. Meanwhile, "Twisters" took second place at the box office with 22-point-six-million-dollars in its third weekend while M. Night Shyamalan's "Trap" came in third in its debut weekend with 15-point-six-million dollars.

It's the end of the road for a legendary band. Aerosmith is officially done touring. The band made the announcement Friday, saying they made the difficult decision to retire after it became clear lead singer Steven Tyler's voice is too damaged to perform live. Last year, it was reported that Tyler "mangled" his vocal chords while on the group's "Peace Out" farewell tour. Now, Aerosmith says despite having some of the best doctors around him, Tyler's voice will never sound the same. They said they're "grateful beyond words" for everyone's support and thanked fans for making their "dreams come true."

A woman walking along the shore in Ocean City, New Jersey, found a bottle with a message in it that might set a world record for oldest message in a bottle ever found. The antiquated green corked bottle was found last month by Amy Smyth Murphy, and was inscribed with the words "Barr & Brother Philadelphia," a mid-19th century business. Inside were several items, including a business card belonging to William and John Klemm, two brothers who ran a furnishing goods company in Philadelphia until 1881, and a note referencing a late 19th century Atlantic City yacht called Neptune. Smyth Murphy says she has applied to have the bottle vetted by Guinness World Records. It's believed the bottle may have been dislodged from the ocean floor by a recent beach replenishment operation.
