It's called "Wake Up Dead Man" and director and writer Rian Johnson has announced that mainstay Daniel Craig will once again reprise his role as detective Benoit Blanc. Joining Craig will be a cast including Kerry Washington and Jeremy Renner. This marks the first feature film Renner has signed on to since he almost died in a snowplow accident in 2022. The Cola Wars are taking an unexpected turn. Dr Pepper is now tied with Pepsi as the second most popular soda in the U.S. Pepsi has consistently been number-two for the last four decades. The recent success of Dr. Pepper, which isn't even a cola, is attributed to heavy marketing, new flavors and TikTok videos. Coke is still by far the winner, raking in more than twice the revenue of its competitors.

A couple says they were "magnet fishing" in a lake at a New York City park last Friday afternoon, when they caught a big one: a suspected stolen safe containing 100-thousand in cash. James Kane and Barbie Agostini pulled out the safe, pried it open and found the cash wrapped in plastic. Unfortunately, that did not prevent a number of the bills being ruined by water. Kane and Agostini plan to take their money to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington to redeem what they can. They were allowed to keep the safe because there is no way of identifying the previous owner.
