The last full moon of the year lit up the sky on Christmas. It will reach maximum fullness tonight. It's called the cold moon, a term used by Native Americans - in particular the Mohawk tribe - because of the temperatures this time of year.

Therapy llamas are helping passengers relieve some of their stress as they travel this holiday season. Llamas Beni and Prince have made several appearances at the Portland International Airport in Oregon and even attended to an emergency after a plane was delayed in Seattle, Washington. Their owner says they're very "unique" in comparison to other therapy animals, and their huggable coats give them the total package. During their visits, Beni and Prince are decked out in holiday decorations and their handlers encourage travelers to hug, rub noses and pose for pictures with the llamas.

Here's a holiday example of how much more things cost these days. In the 1990 movie "Home Alone," eight-year-old Kevin McCallister visited a grocery store while his family was in Europe. He bought a half gallon of milk, orange juice, a microwavable TV dinner, macaroni and cheese, a loaf of bread, dryer sheets, laundry detergent, toilet paper, Saran wrap and a bag of toy soldiers. With a dollar off coupon, he paid 19 dollars 83 cents. Today, that same purchase would cost about 57 dollars.

Two former Missouri high school teachers they've enjoyed being parodied on a South Park special. Brianna Coppage and Megan Gaither taught at a rural high school near St. Louis until this fall, when they were revealed to be adult content performers on the OnlyFans website. Instead of teachers' salaries, they say they now make thousands of dollars weekly. Each woman says they knew about the reference on the new special "South Park (Not Suitable for Children,)" and were pleased to be an inspiration for it.
