If you want to get a good night's rest, sleep naked. Studies have shown that keeping cool can help you fall asleep faster with the ideal bedroom temperature somewhere between 60 and 67 degrees. Cooling your body also promotes better sleep quality, healthier skin and has even been linked to less stress and anxiety. So even if you're not comfortable sleeping in the nude, health experts say ditching a layer or two of clothing, like that extra sweatshirt you wear to bed in the winter, might help you fall asleep faster.

Police in Georgetown, Kentucky, are asking for the public's help in locating two people who stole a Frisch's Big Boy Statue last month. Lex18 reports police have released video showing two people in a U-Haul pulling up to the restaurant and loading the 230-pound statue into the truck. Police believe the suspects may have previously unbolted the statue to allow for a quick escape. It is unclear if the theft is related to another Big Boy stolen in Louisville earlier that month. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

If you feel like you're in a time warp, you must be looking at this week's Billboard top ten. Six of the top ten are Christmas songs that are at least 60 years old. The "newest" of the six songs were two that were released in 1963 with "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" by Andy Williams at number-seven and, at number-eight, the Ronettes with "Sleigh Ride." Brenda Lee's "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" from 1958 slips to number two after topping the charts the last two weeks. The other three 1950s Christmas songs in the top ten are "Jingle Bell Rock" by Bobby Helms, "A Holly Jolly Christmas" by Burl Ives and "Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow" by Dean Martin.
