Greta Gerwig's star-studded movie has crossed more than one-billion-dollars at the worldwide box office. And Barbie has now taken down Batman. As of Tuesday, it became the biggest Warner Brothers movie ever in North America, edging out The Dark Night, which took in 536-million dollars at the domestic box office.

Metal detectorists in Great Britain have found two-thousand-year-old gold coins. That's the first Iron Age gold coins discovered in the country, according to CNN. The 15 coins were found on the Welsh island of Anglesey and have been declared as treasure. They're known as staters. The coins are believed to have been struck between 60 BC and 20 BC and belonged to the Corieltavi, a Celtic tribe living in Britain prior to the Roman conquest.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are on a hot streak - and so are some criminals. After the team beat the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday night, one Dodger was having dinner in Downtown L-A. Criminals apparently spotted the Lamborghini belonging to infielder Miguel Rojas and decided to break in. They stole credit cards, a purse, an iPhone and other items. L-A Police say the family found a window removed when they returned to the parking lot. The vehicle was not stolen, but it was damaged. No word on any suspects.

A pioneer in the music business has died. Jerry Moss was the co-founder with Herb Alpert of A&M Records. A&M rose to prominence in the 1960s behind the Tijuana Brass. The label continued to boom over the next two decades, thanks to artists such as Supertramp, Peter Frampton, the Police, the Go-Go's, Bryan Adams and Janet Jackson. Both Moss and Alpert were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as non-performers in 2006. Jerry Moss was 88.

A troublesome bear known for breaking into a lot of homes in the South Lake Tahoe Area of California, has been shipped out of state. The 500-pound female black bear, known as Hank the Tank, is responsible for at least 21 break-ins and a lot of property damage. As an alternative to euthanasia, wildlife officials have chosen to relocate the bear to the Wild Animal Refuge near Springfield, Colorado. Hank the Tank's accomplices, her three young cubs, very well might also be relocated, but to a different facility where they can learn to not follow in their mother's footsteps.
