When do you think former President Trump's federal trial over his alleged mishandling of classified documents found at Mar-A-Lago should be held? Judge Aileen Cannon will hear arguments Tuesday on that all important question, and it is possible she will set a date!

Special Counsel Jack Smith wants the trial to start this December, but Trump wants it delayed until after the 2024 presidential election, which would be in November 2024 at the earliest.
I'm on record as wanting the trial held sooner rather than later so I'll know whether Trump's been acquitted or convicted before I vote in the Florida primary next March, and in the general election the following November.
