A man was hit with a pretty steep parking bill after dropping his wife off in Downtown Honolulu. The man says he spent just two minutes inside the Residences at Bishop Place parking structure on Wednesday morning, that got hit with a parking bill for 11-thousand dollars. Luckily for his bank account, and sanity, security let him leave without paying the fee. Parking management officials say it was a mistake caused by a network error that is now fixed.

Onlookers in Manhattan are among the first to get a peek at Lady Gaga in full costume as Harley Quinn in the upcoming "Joker" sequel. Scenes for "Joker: Folie a Deux" were filmed in downtown Manhattan over the weekend. One scene had Gaga with her hair slicked back and donning a small amount of clown makeup around her eyes, while wearing a red tuxedo jacket as she walks out of a courthouse. In another scene, she has no makeup and wearing a black fur coat. The new Joker movie is expected to open on October 4th, 2024.
A popular podcast has released an artificial intelligence simulation of retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady performing a stand-up comedy routine. That after reports recently surfaced that Brady was considering comedy as a new career. Dudesy, hosted by comedian Will Sasso and novelist Chad Kultgen, shared a teaser video featuring A.I. technology to give a glimpse of what a Brady stand-up special would sound like.
Brady was recently praised by the legendary co-stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Rita Moreno over his comedic performance in the film 80 for Brady, which sources claimed played a factor in his reported pursuit of a career in comedy.
The man who wrote virtually all of Procol Harum's songs has died. Keith Reid's and the band's most famous song, "A Whiter Shade of Pale," hit number one in the U.K. and number five in the U.S. during the summer of 1967. Procol Harum's only other top 20 U.S. hit was "Conquistador" in 1972. After the band split up in 1977, Reid wrote for other artists and then founded a management company in New York. Keith Reid was 76.

A jury in Utah has determined actress Gwyneth Paltrow was not at fault for crashing into a man on a ski slope in 2016. Utah retiree Terry Sanderson filed a lawsuit against Paltrow for 300-thousand dollars, claiming she skied into him and left him with four broken ribs and a serious head injury. Paltrow counter sued and won for a symbolic one-dollar. After a two-week long trial, the eight-person jury deliberated for less than three hours before clearing Paltrow of any wrongdoing.

A man is accused of stealing a forklift in downtown Portland, Oregon and then laughing "maniacally" as he chased pedestrians. The suspect allegedly stole the forklift from a parking garage. A witness told police she saw him drive onto a sidewalk and then chased pedestrians while laughing and yelling "I literally stole this." No one was injured. A police officer arrived and the suspect drove toward the patrol car and stopped. Joffre Zelinski told the officer there might be a federal warrant for his arrest. Zelinski was taken into custody for burglary, theft, and driving a stolen vehicle.
