Michael Jackson's estate is preparing to make a massive deal for half of his catalog. TMZ reports MJ's estate is considering selling a 50-percent interest for nearly nine-hundred-million-dollars. There appears to be talk of a sale happening between the estate and Sony, which was Jackson's long-term label. It would be the biggest deal ever in the music catalog market, even for only 50-percent of the rights. By comparison, Bruce Springsteen sold the entirety of his catalog for five-hundred-million dollars, and Justin Bieber sold his for two-hundred-million.

If you would like to raise money for medical research while running a mile in your underwear, this is for you. "Cupid's Undie Run" raises money for the Children's Tumor Foundation and takes place across the country throughout February. Runners can visit cupids-dot-org to register for a run near you or register as a virtual runner. Organizers say costumes are acceptable for runners who are too modest to run in their underwear.

A toddler is okay after getting her head stuck in a cake pan. Firefighters in Lewistown, Pennsylvania responded to the home of Erin Meixel after her two-year-old Quinnley got stuck in a angel food cake pan with the middle section removed. Meixel said her daughter was a "trooper" through the entire ordeal and wasn't injured. Mom went on say that this kind of accident seems to run in the family after getting her own legs stuck in a plastic chair as a child.

Americans will spend big on Valentine's Day. The National Retail Federation expects consumers to shell out nearly 26-billion dollars on the holiday this year. That works out to an average of about 193-dollars per person for flowers, cards, candy and other gifts for friends, loved ones and even coworkers. It's also about 20-bucks more than last year's average. A separate report by WalletHub finds almost one-in-five Americans think it's okay to use a credit card to pay for that special Valentine's Day gift.

Police in Western Kentucky say a man decided to refresh his thirst during a routine traffic stop. 25-year-old Jordan Craig was initially pulled over for going more than 80 miles per hour in a residential area. The officer reported seeing an open can of beer in the car and that Craig drank from it when he went to run his license. Craig failed field sobriety tests and told the officer at one point he forgot how to count. Officials say his blood alcohol level was just over point-one-two.
