How you feel if you could buy a gun and carry it concealed without the need for a permit or training on how to use the gun? I'll tell you about

efforts by Florida Republican state legislators to make permitless carry the law in Florida. They say it would be a step toward the full realization

of our Second Amendment right to bear arms. Opponents say permitless carry would be dangerous and cost lives. I'm really conflicted about

this proposal, and am looking forward to hearing how Alan, Guy and Lizzie feel about it, and what our listeners think, too! Be ready to call us at

Governor DeSantis was in Polk County Monday pitching a multi-billion dollar plan to upgrade major roads across Florida in an effort to

relief traffic congestion. Some of the projects would improve stretches of I-4 and several other roads in and around Central Florida. I'll tell you

what we know and then we'll debate whether the Governor's major road improvement plans would be money well spent, or whether all that

money should be spent on other things, or not spent at all.

I've just learned that the downtown Orlando bar owners have come up with a bunch of ideas to improve safety and reduce violence, which, frankly, seem a whole lot better to me than what city leaders have been considering! As we've been telling you, city commissioners are pitching a temporary ban on new nightclubs opening in the late night entertainment district, and requiring a special permit for bars serving alcohol past midnight. City leaders also want the bars to hire their own private security at a hefty price.

Take a look at the story in the link below and I think you'll agree with me that the ideas the bar owners have just come up with are far superior than anything we've seen from the city! Let's talk about it!
