Police in Maryland are investigating an unusual theft from an antique store earlier this week. Officials in Montgomery County hope the release of a store security video at Design Emporium will lead them to the suspect who made off with a larger-than-life statue of a gorilla. The video shows a man pulling up in his truck, cutting the cable that was securing the statue to the front of the store and then loading the massive item into his truck bed before fleeing the scene. A reward of ten-thousand-dollars is being offered for information leading to the return of the giant gorilla.
