Fans to Britney's Rescue and Rick Astley Sues Yung Gravy

Britney Spears is speaking out after the cops were called to her home. The situation went down Wednesday, when Spears' Instagram account was deleted. This concerned many fans who called the police to perform a wellness check on her home. A day later, the singer used social media to say although she "loves and adores" her fans, "things went a little too far" and she felt her privacy had been massively invaded. Britney said police left almost immediately when they realized there was no issue, but it left her feeling "gaslit and bullied." She asked her fans to respect her privacy moving forward.

The guitarist who co-founded the Yardbirds has died. Anthony Topham started the Yardbirds with his friends in 1963, but left the band before it became famous. In an interview in 2013, Topham noted he was only 15 years old at the time, and his parents didn't want him leaving school to play blues in a nightclub. A statement from his agent says Anthony Topham had been struggling with dementia and passed away peacefully on Monday surrounded by his family. He was 75.

A rapper is being sued by the king of Rick Rolling himself, Rick Astley. Yesterday, Astley filed a lawsuit where he claimed Yung Gravy's popular song 'Betty (Get Money)' uses an impersonated version of his voice from his 1987 hit, 'Never Gonna Give You Up.' Astley claims Gravy and his producers purposefully included a "nearly indistinguishable imitation" of his voice throughout their song. Astley says he never gave anyone, including Yung Gravy, permission to use or impersonate his voice. He is seeking millions of dollars in damages.
