An iconic Florida rock band is stepping up to help the victims of Hurricane Ian. Lynyrd Skynyrd, which originally formed in Jacksonville, has donated 100-thousand dollars to the Florida Disaster Fund. That happaned as Skynyrd made a tour stop at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in South Florida. The Seminole Tribe of Florida matched the donation, bringing the total contribution to 200-thousand dollars. So far, the Florida Disaster Fund has raised over 45-million dollars to help communities recover from the storm's impact.
Fleetwood Mac is back on the music charts. "Everywhere" hit Billboard's Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart for the week of October 22nd. "Everywhere" was released 35 years ago, but the track is finding new popularity after being featured in a Chevrolet commercial.

HBO is coming out with a documentary about former Orlando Magic star and NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal. The four part series will span over four weeks starting on November 23rd. It'll air on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. and can also be streamed on HBO Max. "Shaq" will chronicle the Shaq's rise to prominence and will also focus on his life off the court.

A pop up coming to New York City next month will bring a beloved TV sitcom to life. The Golden Girl's Kitchen will set up shop in Midtown Manhattan with an opening date of November 16th. The space will be designed to look like the Miami scenes where Blanche, Rose, Dorothy, and Sophia spent a lot of time. Tickets start at 40-dollars each for a 90 minute reservation and a choice of sweet desserts.

Post Malone is injured again. The singer just recently recovered from a fall on stage that delayed his tour and landed him in the hospital. Back on tour, Malone was performing at an Atlanta concert when he slipped on the stage. Postie eventually fell to his knees before stagehands ran in to check on him. Despite a twisted ankle, he was able to finish the show albeit with some changes to his dance moves.

A city in Wisconsin is officially getting rid of a law against snowball fights. The City Council in Sun Prairie, just outside of Madison, voted this week to roll-back its decades-old ordinance that included snowballs in the list of things that you cannot throw. One alderman discovered the snowball ban last year while re-reading the city's ordinances. He said there are a number of old laws that Sun Prairie needs to revisit. To date, it doesn't appear that anyone was ever arrested or ticketed for throwing snowballs in Sun Prairie.
