Go GOP! Don't Call it a Comeback! Why VP won't Visit BORDER!

Under the heading of "I see a GOP comeback taking shape, do you?", I've stitched together a number of stories to make the case that the prospects look pretty bright for the Republicans in the 2022 mid terms, and perhaps beyond.

1.) New 2020 census numbers just out show a population shift that will give Florida 1 more congressional seat, with 2 more going to Texas, while some blue states like NY are losing seats.

2.) Republicans are holding their Issues Conference on policy at a hotel in the Orlando area. We'll hear Liz Cheney tout the GOP's strengths and the Democrats vulnerabilities

and discuss whether she's got it right or not. Cheney also says Trump is not the leader of the party...that McConnell and McCarthy are. Really?!

3.) We'll hear AOC gushing about how much more progressive Biden is than she thought he'd be. I agree... and the farther left Joe gets pulled, the more out of the mainstream he and

the Democrats become. That plays to the Republicans advantage.

4.) Check out the new FOX News Poll. Biden's not as strong you you might expect him to be as he comes up to 100 days in office. And, he's getting clobbered on the border issue.

The first ratings are out on Sunday's Oscars show, and they are a disaster. Lowest numbers ever, especially in the key 18-49 demo. Is it over for Hollywood as we have known it? If there's a road back to the glory years....would would it take?

Florida legislative session final week. 2 highlights:

The school voucher expansion bill now headed for the Governor's signature. I'm all for as much school choice as parents can have, so I like this. How about you?

Election reform- the Senate just passed it's version, which will have to be reconciled with the House version. Critics says it's either not needed or flat out discriminates against minority voters. I think it IS needed and doesn't discriminate. What say you?

VP Kamala Harris explains that she hasn't been to the southern border because of COVID issues? Gimme a break! She's had her shots...and the only COVID issue is all the migrants with the virus being released into the U.S. She just doesn't want the cameras rolling showing how bad it is...with her in the shot!

A Tampa FL McDonald's is so desperate for workers that they are offering $50 bucks if you just show up for an interview...whether you're hired or not. And STILL....not enough takers. A recent survey shows 42% of independent businesses are having trouble finding enough workers. What's going on here?!
