Cecil Michael Stratton, a 46-year-old inmate, escaped from a Louisiana prison on Wednesday (November 12) after allegedly throwing a chemical substance at an officer's face. The incident occurred around 10:12 p.m. during lockdown procedures, according to the Berwick Police Department.
