Five Guys Fistfight Ends With Arrests of Five Guys

A fistfight involving five guys at a Florida Five Guys Burger and Fries restaurant ended with all five guys under arrest and facing misdemeanor charges.

According to a brief Facebook post from the Stuart Police Department, officers responded to the call about a fracas at the burger restaurant in Stuart, Florida at around 12:30 p.m. that had apparently ended up in an "all-out brawl."

"Three juvenile males and two adult males were charged with affray and processed at the Martin County Jail," the department wrote in its Facebook post. Florida law states that an affray is a first degree misdemeanor charge in which two or more people are fighting in a public place and disturbing the peace.

One woman who witnessed the incident told authorities that one of the men arrested had been "talking s***" to another one. At one point, a cup was thrown at another one of the individuals fighting and the door to the restaurant was slammed into another person's face. That's when the "all-out brawl" occurred, according to an arrest report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.

The two adult males who were arrested were identified by the department as Keith Morine 18, of Palm City and Loren Perine 18, of Stuart, Florida. They were taken to the Martin County Jail and booked. The three juveniles were also fingerprinted and booked and later released to their parent.
